Customer service is not so common anymore, but United really is the best experience I've had in decades. The owner is kind, the front desk is accommodating and detail oriented, even the mechanics are very nice and always go above and beyond. I take my vehicles here for everything at this point, I don't even shop pricing. They are always up front about the work they are doing, will communicate throughout the process, and are very easy to work with. The mechanics even text me updates as they complete the work. You really don't ever think "auto shop" and smile at the same time, but honestly the entire operation just does a good job.

I want to thank you for your superior customer service. I’m from out of town and don’t know anyone here..I pulled into your place. The receptionist was very professional and very welcoming….although you guys weren’t able to fix my car you recommend someone the specializes in foreign cars who’s customer service was just as amazing…thank you so much.

Honesty, efficiency and quality are the words that come to mind. I know little about car care, but I felt like they took care of my vehicle, were honest about what it needed/didn't need, and took care of everything in a fast and efficient way. United Auto Repair was the best discovery of my 2024! They have a new customer for life.

United Auto Repair is a great repair shop. They are honest and transparent on pricing upfront. The owners explain things clearly, work is done in a timely manner & pricing is fair. My best friend & her mom have been using them for over 15 years and ever since she told about them I use them along with my extended family members! I live 45 minutes away, but their excellent service is worth the travel 😊

No complaints about this place! I highly recommend getting your vehicle serviced here. As a woman I’ve always been treated with respect and did not feel taken advantage of. I’ve also seen how the staff catered to other customers as well. I moved from Philly to DE and will continue to get my vehicle serviced here.

The best in town. I've taken my car there twice, and each time everyone there has been super polite, helping, and patient with all questions regarding my vehicle. They're fast too! Shout out to Bishop, who was able to fix my caliper and saved me ordering one from the dealer! You can't go wrong with this shop!
